1. Terms of Service

  • Almafiel is a registered trademark of Flavia Passarini, NIF Y1331368G, based in Sant Antoni de Portmany, Spain.

  • By using this website or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  • We sell exclusive natural and nutritional supplements for dogs and cats. They are not a substitute for a complete diet or veterinary treatment.

2. Products and orders

  • Our supplements are formulated for pets, not for human consumption.
  • All descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations in format or design may occur depending on the batch.
  • Orders are deemed confirmed upon receipt of payment.

3. Shipping

  • Mainland Spain: €2.99 | FREE on orders over €35 | 2–3 business days

  • Balearic Islands: €4.49 | FREE on orders over €35 | 3–4 business days

  • Canary Islands: €8.99 | FREE on orders over €35 | 3–5 business days

  • Preparation: 24–48 business hours

Shipments are handled by external carriers. Almafiel is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (strikes, weather, customs).

4. Payments

  • We accept credit/debit cards through Stripe, a secure PCI-DSS certified payment gateway.

  • You can request an invoice by emailing hola@almafiel.es with your tax information.

5. Use and responsibility

Almafiel supplements are complementary.

They do not replace:

  • A complete and balanced diet.
  • Regular veterinary checkups.
  • Prescribed medical treatments.

Every animal is unique: we recommend consulting a veterinarian before starting any supplementation, especially in cases of illness or medication.

6. Returns

  • Food products/supplements: cannot be returned if they have been opened or unsealed (for hygiene and food safety reasons, art. 103 RDL 1/2007).
  • We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of Almafiel error).
  • To initiate a return: write to hola@almafiel.es indicating your order number.

7. Warranty

  • We guarantee a suitable best-before date for each delivery.
  • If the expiration date is exceptionally short, this will be indicated on the product information sheet.

8. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms. The current version will always be posted on this page.

9. Jurisdiction

  • This contract is governed by Spanish law.
  • Jurisdiction: the courts of Ibiza, unless otherwise provided by law.

10. Merchant policy / Prohibited activities

This merchant undertakes not to permit any transaction that is illegal or that, in the opinion of the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, could damage their goodwill or negatively affect them. The following activities are prohibited under the card-brand programs: the sale or offer of any product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.

In addition, the following activities are explicitly prohibited:

  • The sale of medications.
